Case:  Mr. Colucy was a railroad engineer operating a freight train when a tractor trailer owned by American Trans Freight ignored a flashing railroad crossing warning signal and pulled onto the tracks in front of the locomotive. The locomotive struck the trailer and Mr. Colucy was injured as a result of the collision.
Jury Verdict: $250,000
